AOE's Omnichannel Multi-Merchant Marketplace (OM3 - now called Omnevo) is an online-marketplace solution which venues with large numbers of customers such as airports, airlines or shopping malls can use to realize their full retailing potential. Leading the E-Commerce Solution department I was responsible for managing the delivery organization with 30 developers in a large scaled scrum area with full product responsibility.

As Scrum Master / IT Analyst I supported as a servant leader 5 cross functional teams in a large scaled scrum area. We developed and maintained the online store for the mobile network operator congstar, with over 5 Mio active customers. AOE develops digital business solutions for international enterprise customers based on open source technologies applying agile methodologies. As an Agile Product Owner I was responsible for digital transformation programs (>USD 1 Mio.) for enterprise customers e.g. - Leading a program to digitalize the window configuration for the global player in roof window manufacturing VELUX. The program was used in the DACH area to ease the construction side configuration of large window facades.

UDG is a service provider for large web projects and web portals. Being responsible for the E-Commerce department I have - developed the biggest E-Commerce project of UDG (>USD 0,7 MIO.) with a dedicated development team - satisfied the internal controlling demands with resource planning, sales forecasting and offering process
