I was given the amazing and challenging opportunity to prove myself as a Kitesurf Instructor, after having learned Kitesurfing by myself only a few months prior. A period filled with growth, amazing people and good vibes!

In my time at Strohstern Recruiting Solutions I build a website from scratch, engaged potential clients, closed deals, sourced and screened candidates and managed the stakeholders communications.

Planned, designed, launched and ran my own Bubble Tea Business with great support of friends and family. One of the most challenging, yet best experiences I made so far. I did everything from designing cups and shipping them from China, coordinating week long events, sourcing quality products, building relationships with grocery store owners as POS, improving processes in the produciton line, maintaining business balance sheets and much more.
