As an Excise Duty Expert I assisted the SABMiller Rumania Project (2ª beer company in the world). I conducted the training and User Acceptance Tests for all the ED components. This involved dealing directly with ED global in charge manager for SABMiller, Tax in charge manager for SABMiller Rumania and her auditor/assistant from Deloitte. Complete functionality testing, showing the solution and the importance of the related tools. Analysis and results reporting.

Functional in charge person, as the leader of the Excise Duty team within Record to Report stream and of the WM team within Inventory to Fulfill stream, for “Bacardi’-Martini’s Spirit Project”, (5 simultaneous international market roll-outs and their subsequent new releases). Direct liaison between client and Accenture and responsible for own designs and the rest of the team ones, added to my other habitual duties.
