Developed strategy to achieve Global Customer Audit goal for body shop area, according to this SLP Assembly plant was appointed GMM SLP GCA bench mark on WDPV weight discrepancies per vehicle. Developed & implemented strategy to achieve A,B,C & FVS´s metric goals & improve them during normal production Therefore A metric % On target for GMT 250 was set on top 3 plants on North America.
