Develop corporate standardized processes that are to be followed by the international community of Hella. Collaborate with the heads of different functional departments (HR, Procurement, Finance, IT, ...) to understand their needs and develop a sustainable and functioning process to assure a systematic way of working. Prioritize development of processes and projects within the company to allocate company resources. Assure Hella’s corporate processes are aligned with external global standards such as IATF.

Lead and international team (cross collaboration between USA, Mexico, and Brazil) for the America’s Group. To assure customer’s satisfaction for testing newly developed hardware by IBM. The team had an end to end scope; including triggering a new order to shop floor, follow-up with logistics team to assure delivery, interaction with technical engineers for installation and retrieval, and legal contractual obligations from customer and IBM.

Project Manager that interacts with distinct customer accounts in order to assure their asset inventory. Recommend to customer follow-up actions concerning how to optimize their use of assets as well as how to dispose depreciated or obsolete assets.

Procure and negotiate with each supplier in its rooster to procure all necessary supply for manufacturing of the high tier servers from IBM. Assure that all necessary supply is available based on the JIT, to avoid unnecessary inventory levels (costs). Be flexible to prioritize shipments and closely interact with logistics team to guarantee the best service level shipment that the company needs. Procure all necessary supply for international production including demand from USA, China, and Latin-American.

Plan the necessary supply to procure based on the SOP forecast provided by the Sales team. Use historical data in order adjust the planning and avoid having excess inventory in stock. Additionally, use historical data to guarantee no missing material from the production line. Forecast potential stock shortage and closely interact with procurement team to close potential gap.

Create, develop, and document all the training of the manufacturing personnel in quality (Capability, R&R, Statistical Quality Control, and Lean Concepts). Create, develop, and maintain database regarding all the products managed in the company (Microsoft Access). Participated in the quality department in conjunction with the director Mr. Patrick Daime, for the evaluation and selection of future suppliers (Quality Control).
