Evaluating Changes of the Design, Material and Processes Parameters regarding Product. Function and Specifications. Identifying, Documentation and Communication of relevant Correlations between Production. Processes, Design, Specifications and Function. Analyzing of production key data (FPY, scrap, ..). Evaluation of feasibility studies, internal and external Change Requests. Coordination of product and component related topics with other production and development departments of other locations worldwide.

Responsible for validations tests with old and new projects, functionality of the products and viability. Design new tools for the new projects, different options of test plan and evaluation of the results. Improvement of Test bench and development of test plan such as: Endurance test, Hot Fuel test, serial production. Supporting production in order to improve KPI's and finding root cause with Shainin.
