I provide assistance to small- and medium sized-businesses in the areas of capture management, proposal development, financial analysis, and program management consulting services to various clients in the defense contracting community. We also welcome subcontract opportunities with large primes and are actively pursuing WOSB set-aside contracts with government customers. Served as a member of the Executive Management Team, working to build ETC into a world-class research, development, and engineering organization. Was responsible for supporting and expanding efforts in energetic informatics, information technology, virtual reality, and simulation/modeling.

Responsible for the overall management of the Johnstown office including 50 staff members involved in programs supporting industries including Defense, Medical, Automotive, and Environmental. Projects range from Information Technology (software IV&V, QA, PDA application development, web/database application development), Supply Chain/Logistics (statistical analysis, decision support tool development), and Security (physical and cyber).

Managed a variety of projects for Air Force and commercial clients.

Served as a researcher/analyst for a variety of projects in support of military clients.
