The European Economic and Trade Office in Taiwan is the representative office of the European Union in Taiwan. As secretary, my role included the following responsibilities: * Coordination of officials' schedules * Organisation of the office's meetings * Greeting of visitors * Support to office's event management * Documentation management * Receptionist for external inquiries * Office management

CSCAP Taiwan is a project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan in the aim of carrying out Taiwan's participation, via the second track, in the security cooperation in Asia Pacific. My position included the role of executive editor for the organization's monthly academic journal and coordinator for relations with Mainland Chinese partners.

As a project coordinator, I mainly dealt with the project, funded by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan, on promotion of internationalization of the university alliance - TCUS. My duties were as follows: management of the project's websites and Facebook page; organization of its summer school for new students with a curriculum on international education ; organization of regular seminars on globalization.

Xplanation is a Belgium-based translation company having other offices around Europe. This is an internship that I did for my Master degree in international relations. As a trainee, I as assigned a role of project manager for making sure projects were completed as clients' requirements with high quality. I mainly carried out coordination between our clients and partners. The working language in the office was English with staff mainly from European countries.

Along side with my major in French, I was also taking a number of classes on international relations and teaching Chinese as a foreign language. From 2006 to 2007, I did an exchange program in University of Nantes, France.
