Approval of the creation nationwide suppliers according to BASC guidelines, support with the updates of freight rate sheets, support to the sales team in order to boost sales and support to the operating team to solve any inconvenient regarding the supplier’s performance.

Accountability assistance on operational related registries, cost analysis of the vehicle operations, legal and maintenance processes related to the company’s fleet, cargo tracking, vehicle assignment including outsourced fleet to the services provided, customer service and accounts receivable procedures including invoicing.

Data entry about inbound cargo and shipping statuses on the company’s system, cargo tracking, payroll costs supervision, production line supervision, control of the performance of the production line, cash flow analysis, financial and operational documentation, procurement and supply of materials, accountability assistance, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, production time & cost analysis.
