• Liaised between central functions at the Head Office in Switzerland and local Management making sure market requirements were met while corporate design and packaging policies were adhered. • Recruited and trained 2 analysts to build a Printing & Packaging center of expertise for the Cluster.

• Advised Operations VP Latin America and regional Directors on all matters of Printing & Packaging for them to be able to commit with internal clients. • Stayed in close contact with local Marketing Managers to understand their priorities and provided accordingly support and follow-up with local Product Development and the suppliers. • Made sure strict product integrity guidelines were met for entire portfolio of packaging materials in the region.

• Conducted feasibility checks on designs from Creative Agencies prior to cost intensive print trials. • Prepared and led kick-off meetings with print suppliers. Planed, budgeted and instructed necessary print trials (inks and cylinders) to establish good-to-print. • Gained approval from Brand Managers and Marketing Directors on achieved test results in a timely manner to enable production start. • Assured on-time approval from other mandatory functions such as Legal and R&D.

• Managed prepress developments acting as link between client and prepress studio. • Close follow-up with Brand Managers and Legal to understand needs and requirements and ensure implementation on packaging materials accordingly. • Responsible for monitoring print quality and all on-press approvals at the print suppliers.
