Selection, management and evaluation of multimodal transportation and third party logistics suppliers. Export documentation preparation. Shipping planning and delivery tracking in close collaboration with the company’s logistics service supplier in the U.S.

Process mapping and documentation of quality management standards and procedures. Documentation and deployment of social responsibility standards. The WRAP Certification (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) was awarded to the company. Documentation, deployment and audit of anti-smuggling and security standards. The BASC Certification (Business Anti-smuggling Coalition) was awarded to the company.

Analysis of material consumption and processing time for new products. Documentation of operating and maintenance procedures for leather and wood CNC machines.
