Support the implementation of Cobit 4.0 framework in the Bancolombia VIT (Information Technology Vice-presidency by its Spanish acronym) Implement TOC - Thinking Process in Bancolombia VIT to develop improvement actions Support the design of new processes and the reengineering of the current processes

Support the implantation of the Autonomous Maintenance in the framework of TPM Build the KPIs reports of the department and post them on the plant board Train personnel staff in the implementation of TPM-AM
