In this role I was responsible for advising sales executives on how to progress sales opportunities to reach sales targets. I provided insights into the pipeline during sales meetings that allowed sales leaders to make decisions. I leveraged data and reporting to monitor processes, solve issues and connect data to understand the changing business trends.

I was responsible for managing the key performance measures to provide insights and analysis to all nodes of the supply chain. In this role, I implemented Supply Chain strategic projects, e.g. inventory reduction, demand planning of made-to-order products, forecast accuracy. I developed and designed new dashboards and metrics that adapt to new business needs and analytic developments.
