Over 10 years of experience in managing software teams. This covers concept alignment with stakeholders, target and time planning, technical coaching of team members, team build-up, and hiring. Architecture and development of a measurement centric software framework designed around a responsive web browser based user interface. It is powered by a scalable cross-platform multi-threaded server architecture in C++11/14 optimized for the highest data throughput.

High-speed DRAM design verification and characterization on DDR3, failure analysis on component and wafer level, pre-silicon functional verification using automatic signal probing based device models, development of software tools for measurement evaluation and test pattern generation based on statistical methods.

Prototype of a measurement system to record thermal and stress induced sensor signals on the wire bonder.

Dissertation ‘CMOS Force Sensors for Wire Bonding and Flip Chip Process Characterization’. A complex measurement system was developed featuring real-time and in situ inspection of the wire bonding process. The core of the system is a unique packaging test chip with novel xyz-force sensors.
