As the agency grew, I took over the lead of our creative team, while still working on the day-to-day creative business operations (creative concept, digital strategy, copywriting, pitches, consulting). Additionally my job included team management & mentoring, capacity planning, project management, feedback, hiring.
During my first 20 months at INTERMATE, I was responsible for everything from creative concept and strategy of influencer campaigns to project management tasks like e.g. influencer selection & negotiation, consulting with clients and campaign execution.
