As the agency grew, I took over the lead of our creative team, while still working on the day-to-day creative business operations (creative concept, digital strategy, copywriting, pitches, consulting). Additionally my job included team management & mentoring, capacity planning, project management, feedback, hiring.

During my first 20 months at INTERMATE, I was responsible for everything from creative concept and strategy of influencer campaigns to project management tasks like e.g. influencer selection & negotiation, consulting with clients and campaign execution.

At We Are Social I have the pleasure to work with some incredible brands ranging from lifestyle, consumer electronics, sports apparel to luxury fashion. For these brands I develop digital strategies, create engaging influencer marketing campaigns and help build better brand communities. Within the agency I manage the respective accounts, lead client teams and consult on influencer topics.

At pixoona I was responsible to develop a new brand strategy and lead the rebranding measures. As part of the communications team I worked at the intersection of PR, social media, creative and product team. I implemented the brand strategy in all parts of our product and business and worked closely with our CEO to communicate the pixoona brand to all internal and external stakeholders. Brand Management.
