Ensure purchase and procurement of 34 stores for fruits and vegetables, with daily constraints: freshness, storage, prices, seasons. Negotiate the best prices conditions with suppliers and define selling prices. Managing products: analysing and optimizing the assortment in terms of margin, income, performance, customer satisfaction, market trends, benchmarking, promotional activities...Responsible for the "Migros Selection" brand in terms of reporting, quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Analyse and optimize the convenience, dairy and bakery assortments in terms of income, performance, trends, innovations, benchmarking, promotional activities. Optimize products return and presentation (layouts) of grocery products within the 34 shops. Apply and adapt the national concepts and strategies, through layouts designs, implementation and control within store. Conduct specific lectures for 3rd year apprentices (about merchandising and product management).
