Working as part of a an international team of project managers and application developers to deliver bespoke e-learning projects to clients. Providing technical application support across local governemt and private sector sites. Use of SQL across database servers to manipulate data and working with stored procedures used by the most of the DMS (Document Management System) functions. Diagnostic engineer, tracking issues and determining possible causes. Managing service desk incidents and resolve logged calls adhering to company’s Service Level Agreements.

Managing IT Helpdesk call logging system and supervising IT Helpdesk. Streamlining IT Helpdesk procedures, ensuring all IT requests were dealt with and processes were followed. Developed information and training materials for IT Helpdesk.

Database administration using Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL and Oracle. Assisting users with all database related queries. Web development, liaising with internal and external customers and successfully implementing projects. Maintenance of company’s financial, circulation and advertising systems.

User administration using Active Directory and financial applications. Providing telephony support and administration work. Key role in company’s IT security team, ensuring quarterly IT audits were compliant with Sarbanes Oxley rules and assistance during internal and external audits.

Providing IT and telephony support, responsibility included supporting corporate applications, communication and hardware infrastructure. As part of a project team, setting up warehouse infrastructure for distributing media for Amazon UK from the company’s warehouse.
