I am a Director and co-founder of Radiant, a search to search firm based in the UK but operating globally. I help executive search firms hire outstanding talents. We work closely with a small number of clients to help them meet their hiring needs. We work on a retained basis and pride ourselves in giving the firms we partner with the same level and quality of service that they give their clients. What do we do?
