Formalized the comprehensive data governance framework.

Co-architected and led the complete "configure-to-deliver" system architecture, integrating CPQ (Expertlogix), ERP (Dynamics/D365 F&O), and PLM (Windchill/BlueStar) to ensure seamless and accurate product configuration from customer order through delivery. Led the critical selection process for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform. Led the support and Continuous Improvement (CI) team responsible for the operational stability and functionality of all product design-related IT tools

Successfully led the initiative to elevate Quality Assurance practices to meet stringent military standards. Designed and implemented controls that delivered near-perfect On-Quality Delivery (99% OQD) and On-Time Delivery (90% OTD). Elevated ERP data quality to a level enabling critical Business Intelligence (BI) and compliance verification. Managed a business unit, coordinating efforts across production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and tools.
