Responsible for light duty propulsion systems (engine, transmission and eDrive, electric motors, power electronics) for Ricardo Europe, India, Japan, Korea markets

Responsible for R&D strategy and delivery in order to achieve high level of innovation for our Chinese customers. Includes collaboration and partnerships with other Ricardo divisions, academics in China, and partners/Customers.

Responsible for strategy definition, business development and projects delivery leadership for transmissions, eDrive and Vehicle advanced technologies for the China Market, reporting to Ricardo China President. Leading a team of 5 Business development and Chief engineers. Project director for 6 eDrive and transmissions projects (around 100mRMB)

Management of the engineering team for the Ricardo China business (around 60 pers), reporting to Ricardo China President

- Definition of the functional and software architecture for each modification request - Lead the control development from requirements to model delivery - active role in Renault powertrain software design process establishment - Technical leadership of 40 engineers (Renault and external members) : tasks assignment, common review of requirements, logic proposal assessment, planning follow-up

Trainer on the different automatic transmissions systems : stepped ATs, DCTs, CVTs, Robotized gearboxes. - Hardware and electronics - Control - Tuning

Team leader then Assistant manager in the Hybrid Control Module (HCM controller) design team, for hybrids and plug-in hybrids applications, in both innovation and industrial design phases. Management : - Assistant manager : technical management of 7 Japanese engineers - Only foreign member of a Japanese team. Work mainly in Japanese

Project leader for automatic transmissions system validations, safety studies and after-sales diagnosis and repair methods studies Main projects : EDC project (DCT, Grand-mother projet, with Getrag), ZA4 project (AMT, with ZF) Achievements : - SOP of EDC project with Diesel engine on Megane application

Responsible of software development for Automatic transmissions : CVT and 6 speeds hydraulic transmission. Development of Adaptive Shift Control strategies (Driving style detection, environment detection, definition of target ratio, dynamic corrections...), assessment of supplier's control (pressure control, Lock-up clutch control, ...). Transversal activity on all Renault's automatic transmissions regarding inter-system communication with the other control units.
