Managing Customer Care Global Services (part of Global Services and Works Product Line) comprising the following categories or codes: Customer Care, Telesales, Retention, Debt Collection and Back Office, satisfying the requirements of the different Telefónica Group companies’in each country, Global Areas (GCRM, GCTO, TGR and GCPO) and promoting the capture of synergies, with focus on strategic negotiations, local objectives, global strategy of the category and savings.

I worked in the services division as Global procurement Manager Procurement Manager, focused in Latin America, leading high impact processes and supervising negotiations and processes in LATAM countries. My tasks comprised leading local and regional projects involving procurement of commodities such as: Technological equipment, Licenses of products, construction materials/ services. I was the Regional manager of this cluster focus in Latin America, in charge of promoting products, searching for commercial opportunities for each one of the companies with specialized customers such as: Governments, NGO’s, Private growers, Growers’ Associations; and supply chain management for the different projects.

As Purchasing and Supply chain Manager I was in charge of the whole supply chain of products and services, starting in with they supply (sourcing and negotiation), followed by the logistics, warehousing and distribution to business customers.
