- Responsible for the operation, product development and engineering of the group export business (full P&L responsible for the export factory) - Hire, develop, lead and guide employees to fulfill customers’ demands and cooperate requirements - Continually improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, morale KPI’s in the BU Overseas

- Set up the new production site in Malaysia - Full P&L responsibility for the plant operation - Full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and cost situation - Leading continuous improvement in the plant

- Develop and implement global production and supply chain strategies - Design and direct Lean and Industry 4.0 Transformation for the major production site in China and Poland - Transfer products and processes from Germany to international sites (China, India, Poland) - Liaison between headquarters in Germany and international production sites

- Lead PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Lean Steering Committee - Build PPI Business System with focus on continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, Morale - Train and coach managers, team leaders, employees on Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Leadership, Workshop Facilitation - Plan, run and steer CI initiatives across the value stream (from Sales to Project Management to R&D/Engineering to Manufacturing to Logistics to Customer Service)

-Lead the value stream quality team across four sites in Europe - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Plan, run and steer quality improvement initiatives with Lean Six Sigma methodology - Further develop the integrated management system

- Transfer new products and processes from R&D to plants - Plan, lead and run quality, productivity, cost and complexity optimization projects - Introduce the company-wide Continental Tire Manufacturing System to sites - Train employees on problem solving methods and Lean Six Sigma tools
