• Network security engineer mainly responsible for operation, maintenance and incident handling of more than 2000 network devices (CheckPoint, Cisco, VMware NSX, Fortinet, Sidewinder) within a high-security banking and fintech data center environment • Performing an in-depth network analysis of current WAN link and disaster recovery solutions of all our client banks, identifying potential security, design and configuration flaws and providing recommendations for mitigation

• Senior member of the Routing Protocols team mainly responsible for troubleshooting, configuration and design consultations of IOS, IOS-XE and NX-OS platforms, provided to customers across the world • During the rotation to Advanced Services team I gained additional experience while visiting the customer on site, identifying their design needs, consulting the possible solutions and preparing a low-level design documentation

- Member of the NCIS team (Network Change and Implementation Services) mainly responsible for implementation of planned changes on a network which consisted of around 10000 Cisco devices - switches Cat6k, Cat4k, cat3k, 7600, routers 2800, 2900, 3800, 3900 and access points, following the ITIL procedures - Member of the Network Analysis team responsible for providing a CE routers transition support for the customer BP

- Maintenance and servicing of the EPSON ink, dot and laser printers as well as projectors and scanners - Troubleshooting and repairing mechanics and electronics (motherboards, power supplies) of the above mentioned devices
