- Credit analysis of customers, suppliers and business partners of Siemens AG in order to assign them a credit rating and assist Siemens divisions in their decision making. - EUR 15m discretion - Focus on more complex cases including mergers and acquisitions, complex organisation structures, restructuring situations and/or cases where language skills are required.

- Analysis of credit transactions, including obligor credit quality and transaction structure - Recommendations of credit decisions to either the Corporate Credit or Lending Director, or a Committee - Cooperation with local credit, front office, Portfolio Management and Africa credit teams - Focus on Russian Corporate Credits during H1 2011, later on UAE - Chairing monthly portfolio review discussions with local credit team in Russia

- Coordination of the Medium Term Plan risk review involving all Barclays business units - Management of the Mandate and Scale limit framework with the purpose to ensure that credit risk exposures are managed within the established limits, appetite and standards - Competitor results analysis - Preparation of presentations for senior executives and committees, including Board Risk Committee - Conformance visit to Russia in April 2009

- Credit analysis of general corporates, including German and Japanese companies - Preparation of internal credit rating applications on new customers - Presentation of credit opinions to the Credit Committee - Daily credit risk monitoring of the portfolio

- Monitoring of LBO loans, structured finance investments and bonds portfolios - Ensuring the adherence to investment guidelines - Responsible for asset assessment - Credit rating reviews - Chairing Negative Watch meetings with the senior management and Leveraged Loans, Structured Finance and Fixed Income Investment departments - Liaison with external rating agencies
