•Conducting Tank farm operation and maintenance as per OISD and ISGOTT standard. •Performing DCS operation (DCS Honeywell C300) of CRUDE/POL Tank farm and pipeline facilities. •Perform Inter Tank transfer and Inter Terminal Transfer when required. •Conducting technical reviews regarding upcoming developments in oil and gas industry.

Operated DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP) to monitor and control reactors and auxiliary equipment, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. Managed shift panel activities, including maintaining real-time plant status and production records. Responded to emergency situations such as power disturbances and utility failures, stabilizing operations and minimizing disruptions. Oversaw the maintenance and management of chemical raw materials and additives using SAP, ensuring a consistent supply.

* Training in the Acrylates manufacturing plant and offsite and utility facilities of the petrochemical complex. * Learned about the field and DCS operation of the acrylates plant and offsite operations such as cooling tower, air compressors, flare, propylene chiller, tank farm, instrument air dryer and rotating equipment. * Exposure to various process instruments related to level, flow, pH, pressure and temperature measurements.
