Process set-up for Monthly Actual Reporting & Budget and Forecasting Model - Closing and reporting process building & optimization - Building Finance organization with Job description and responsibilities - Customer segmentation/classification for better analyse and comparison for Topline - Dynamic Budget, Business Plan model build and follow up for rolling forecast - Train 3 people to carry on budget & reporting

Process set-up for Monthly Actual Reporting & Budget and Forecasting - I led the project for setting up a process and system for Budget & Forecasting for Iran project team consist of the 3 people and reported to me during project - This project helped also compliance with IFRS & Local, Establishing Margin on material analysis, building cost center allocation and reports

-In charge of preparing monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS -Monthly variance analyses with Overhead details -Preparing quarterly tax memorandum and deferred tax movements -Preparing/adapting into Budget -Communication about financial issues with central offices -Biannual detail report both for product group and customer till Net Channel Contribution. -Pricing and profitability analyses for new SKUs & delists -Managing data flow related to internal & external audits

-Personel accounts, F/X and fix asset accounts, pre-paid expenses -Monthly intercompany reconciliation -In charge of preparing pre-paid tax and corporate tax -Main responsible of transfer pricing report
