I was leading the SCM practice (40+FTE) and member of Strategy & Operations Leadership team. I have transformed many Pharma and Ind. Products clients and hold several Lead Client Partner roles. I have have deep experiences in solving our clients core challenges around Volatility, Agility, Complexity and Transparency, across the entire value chain and advised companies on how to prepare their supply chains for the future enabled by new advanced technologies (Manufacturing 4.0, Blockchain, AI, IoT, etc.).

I have been in a leadership role running the Private Sector Operations (PSO) team. The PSO team involves 40+ professionals in the fields of SCM and Op. Excellence. Together with our Strategy and Technology advisors we are a one-stop-shop, adding value to our multinational clients on their business transformation journey. (providing value around SC Strategy and Insights, Digital SCM, Planning, PLM, Target Operating Model, Cost Reduction, Lean Six Sigma).
