The role of the DPE ensures satisfaction of client needs by constructing partnerships between the IBM PE, the client, different vendors and subcontractors, and as well the management of these partnerships to ensure positive client satisfaction. DPEs build account satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of technical and business solutions as specified in the Contract or Statement of Work (SOW) between IBM and it’s clients.
