In this position I am charged with providing leadership in all areas of the staffing function including but not limited to recruiting and employment, personnel records, employee relations, job evaluation, compensation, training, AAP/EEO, diversity initiatives, legal compliance/audit, employee retention and performance management for the company. I am currently working on talent management and working toward a strategic succession plan for all leadership positions.

As the leader of the HR and Training departments, I was responsible to design, plan and lead the delivery of all HR services for over 850 employees. I supervised, supported, and developed, a highly effective and efficient HR team that supports employment growth, organizational design, employee relations, compensation and benefits. I had the key responsibility for culture management and employee engagement, continuously evolving HR policies, and performance management.

worked in the Human Resource Department for this top 100 company for over 14 years. I started in an entry level generalist role and quickly received a promotion to supervise HR generalists. I moved with the company to assist with a growing outlying district and take on the HR leadership function supervising 13 direct reports and supporting over 4000 employees.
