Offshore Wind Department My responsibilities include: - Management of offshore wind farm projects from concept to completion conception to completion, - Coordination of project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project implementation, - Monitoring and updating schedules, identifying risks and implementation of mitigation actions, - Ensuring smooth communication with partners, clients and technical teams.

My responsibilities include: responsibilities : - Drafting and negotiating the technical parts of contracts related to infrastructure projects, - Identifying and analyzing project risks and costs, developing optimization recommendations, - Participate in the processes of obtaining and updating administrative permits, - Preparation of tender documentation taking into account technical and formal requirements and the company's procurement strategy.

My responsibilities include: - Analysis and review of project documentation to ensure compliance with executive requirements, - Supervision of construction works, cooperation with subcontractors and coordination of construction site activities, - Quality control of technical documentation and development of as-built and handover documentation, - O&M manual preparation, support project commissioning process.

My responsibilities include: - Managing settlements with subcontractors, controlling budgets and payments, - Organization of construction logistics facilities, coordination of equipment deliveries and materials, - Cooperation with subcontractors in the execution of construction work in accordance with Lean Manufacturing principles.
