Designed SQL-powered Power BI dashboards and applied Lean tools, created SOPs, and conducted DFM/DFA reviews to cut waste and simplify manufacturing.

Managed end-to-end product lifecycle in SAP, from material master and routings to releasing and closing production orders. Planned and monitored monthly execution for an Engineer-to-Order bay, aligning loading with shop capacity. Introduced a Theory of Constraints approach to bottleneck management, increasing throughput by 19% and stabilizing delivery performance.

Supported welding quality improvement by tracking and analyzing GTAW welding parameters such as heat input and gas flow rate. Used data-driven insights to reduce weld defects at critical work centers and strengthen process control in a high-specification manufacturing environment.
