Attempted to increase rat mesenchymal stem cells (rMSCs) differentiation using platinum electrodes and an electric field. Performed 2D stem cell culture in a modified osteogenic medium under BSL-2 aseptic conditions. Isolated mRNA and synthesized cDNA for osteogenic gene markers. Analysed gene expression using qPCR and statistics (ANOVA). Studied and quantified the proliferation, differentiation and cytotoxicity of rMSCs in an electric field.

Mathematical modelling and error validation in MATLAB. Studied the inter-relation between various cellular models of adherent tissue culture cells. Investicated the benefits and drawbacks of different characteristic mathematical models. Reviewed the potential significance of modelling in applied sciences universities.

Standardized the process of biological magnetic nanoparticles synthesis. Increased efficiency of Magnetic Liposomes synthesis by modified Thin Film Hydration technique. Enhanced the encapsulation of substrate (drug) by Magnetic liposomes. Analysed the hemotoxicity using Drabkin’s Method and Harboe’s Method. Prepared and implemented SOP Protocols for the standardized synthesis process. Additional duty is to improve quality by periodic revision of GLP documents of the Laboratory.

Trained in small animal handling (rabbit, mice, poultry). Practised calorimetry, chromatography, UV-spectroscopy, HPLC and flow cytometry. Performed western blotting, antibody assaying.

Performed genetic engineering under BSL-2 aseptic conditions. Extracted and purified keratin from poultry waste by chromatography and ultrafiltration. Trained in Molecular assays like SDS-PAGE. Western blotting, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA sequencing, gel electrophoresis. Gained knowledge in NGS and WGS.
