Actively Involved in the project “CISCO” for WEBEX Services, by troubleshooting the technical problems encountered by customers while using Cisco WebEx Services. Diagnosed and resolved client PC configuration issues via inbound calls, emails, and chat. Also involved in troubleshooting Video/Audio issues by capturing the required logs and escalating the case to the appropriate team for further resolution.

I worked for the Client “HILTON”, Software troubleshooting of the OnQ Property Management Systems. Hardware & software troubleshooting of laptops & desktops on Business clients. Handling escalation calls & queries. Comprehensive troubleshooting of MS-Office applications. Interacting with various resolver groups to meet Service Level Agreements. Involved in Work Flow Management resulting in First Call Resolution (FCR).

My role was to support the users across the globe by troubleshooting the issues for Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1&10 OS. Assisted the Customers by taking Remote Access for installation, Activation, and configurations of various Operating Systems & office 365 products. Troubleshooting the issues related to Desktop, Laptops, Tablets & Smart Phones (Android / iPhone). Installation of drivers, printers, scanners & other external devices. Disaster recovery & restored systems to last known configurations

I have worked for the client “Airtel” by troubleshooting the issues related to Modems and Routers. Also provided the support to the Customers through phone calls related to the Mobile Prepaid, postpaid Bill and 2G/3G Network issues.

I have Worked for "RCM project" on the FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) which works on both Hospital and professional billing claims. Active participation in team meetings for planning and execution.
