•Managing the Procurement / Logistics Process, Purchase commitments; follow up with supplier deliveries, scheduling. •Perform sourcing; liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business and Re-negotiate contracts with suppliers to produce better savings and further value for spend. •Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met. •Resolve Shipment Delivery & Pick up Schedule, Quality, Shipping Documentation.

•Managing the Procurement / Purchase Process of US $ 2.5Mn Per Annum, requirement planning, Strategic Sourcing and negotiation with the vendors, Contracts, Purchasing, strategic forecasting and ordering strategy. •Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, Shipment delivery& pickup timing, best prices, Capability / Capacity, Flexibility and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.

•Procurement & Requirement Planning, Negotiation With vendors, Purchase commitments; follow up with supplier deliveries, scheduling. •Hands on expertise on all aspects of International Purchasing; Food, Non Food, Frozen Items. •Receiving bank details from customer, confirming order, provision of credit information, following up with logistics on shipment schedules, and follow up for payments and closing every order thereof. •Handling Banking documentation with relevant with international Purchasing.
