Interaction of cells and their response to the extra-cellular matrix is one of the important factors for tissue generation. For cell printing, a biocompatible, bioactive printing medium with suitable rheological properties is also important. During the course of internship, various different hydrogels were tested for application as printing medium and extracellular matrix for generation of capillary networks using laser based cell printing.
