Katarzyna Majstrowicz

As a researcher I was responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of bioassays in a GMP environment. Moreover I was in charge of writing and revising manuscripts and SOPs as well as training and mentoring undergraduate students.

During my doctoral research I developed an experimental and computational methodology to analyse the mitochondrial structure and dynamics with fluorescence microscopy in human cells. Moreover, I have identified a receptor for actin-based molecular motor MyoXIX and characterised a knockout mouse models with immune and kidney disorders.

I assisted the CiM-IMPRS office in writing the 5-years report of The PhD graduate program. I collected data from PhD students, alumni and professors over a period of several months. In addition I wrote important parts of the report.

During my internship I was responsible for the development of method for synthesis of 2,6-Diaminopurine riboside.

My internship at LOTOS Group included testing and verification of petroleum products, water, sewage and occupational environment.
