For more than three years I have been a Director of Customer Relations. My responsibilities include: managing a team of account managers and managing large clients, coordinating and preparing proposals, protecting strategies for a client; builds long-term relationships with customers, identifying their needs; search and selection of strategic partners, organization of work with them; control of the team at each stage of the project.
