I was appointed as Lead the R2R transition from Germany to NGSC Prague with primary responsibility to support the Global Transition Lead in realising the transformation goals according to the global strategy and implementation/roll-out methodology, and through business readiness assessment, workshops, communication, change management, training, as well as timely and efficient go-live in line with the Global business case strategy

My responsibilities included: developing, driving and delivering D&I programs in NBS Germany; successfully tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate the impact; taking the lead in implementing the global Novartis strategy in webinars and workshops and giving particularly compelling internal presentations. Provide expertise to help teams build inclusive and respectful cultures, leveraging the diversity in their teams to ensure creativity, innovation and highly satisfactory work environments.

I was promoted to Team Leader, after Deputising for the role with the principal focus of providing Novartis/Sandoz with complex financial analysis, reporting and forecasting support and financial accounting professional advice across process and technology, ultimatley guiding business decisions and strategy. Currently I am leading team of six Associates, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met and have budget oversight for team resource planning

A very similar role to the above role, without the full time responsibility of leading a team but with a core focus on providing complex financial reporting services for various German entities. Notable Accomplishments

I was appointed as Financial Accountant with primary responsibility for General Ledger accounting/reporting, providing financial data/document analysis and preparing/presenting all relevant financial information. Notable Accomplishments • Successfully delivered the “E-Balance Sheet” Project automating, digitalising and synchronising all analogue documents and the related processes with the SAP system to electronically transmit an adjustment of the applicable tax regulations to the tax office

I was responsible for producing the location cost analysis, balance sheet and tax accounting, and all financial results. Furthermore, I oversaw balancing of operating and financial leasing; calculation of provisions; participation in the preparation of financial and tax statements, and financial data preparation for the French main office
