- First point of contact for customers through he processing of customer queries, complaints and feedback - Publishing up to date and relevant information on customer-facing support website - Utilising a creative approach to increase performance of service level and the overall customer service experience - Reproducing technical problems and providing troubleshooting - Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure swift and accurate information flow

- Ensure correctness of localised assets in German and accurately record found bugs - Test software from provided instructions using localisation tools - Handling flexible working hours and ad-hoc change of priorities

- Assistance in organising major internal company events - Research on CRM in Western and Asian countries - Support in preparing speeches, presentations, meetings and taking minutes
