Oxford Biotech is a professionally-driven biotech communication and transfer platform, bridging the gap between academia, industry and government. We help launch new and leading-edge life science and health companies, and facilitate innovative business outcomes and partnerships that drive the industry forward. I was the Marketing Lead within the organisation who was responsible for branding and marketing materials as well as the current website design and development.

At Daimler AG I was working on a highly confidential project initiated by Head of Organizational Development, Simona Popisti. Recently, I have been working on the web application planning, designing, and prototyping.

The Information Technology Services Department houses numerous IT consultants who focus on B2B software development projects relating to big data management and supply chain transparency. While working on documentations for these projects, my main focus has been leading the branding and marketing initiative for the department.

www.katlee-photography.com Self initiated freelance photography and graphic design services due to consumer demand for Kat Lee photo-shoots caused by photography work evidenced in White Mischief Clothing fashion photograph advertisements. Services include Graphic Design, Fashion Photography, Formal Photography, Event Photography, Commercial Photography, and CV Photography. Such practices were enabled by personal independent market research, advertising, marketing, and strategic price setting.

Self initiated 2012-summer project based on strong personal interest and purpose to learn business practices in dealing with China and Global markets. In the process I was responsible for conducting market research, creating a business plan, business registration, contacting and negotiating with manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters, initial clothing design, package design, logo design, website development and online presence, as well as defining business strategy.

I was the branding and marketing expert for Social Security Advisors in which i created company image and branding material utilised by the firm for all public relations and marketing strategies. This process involved understanding client needs, target market and purpose, while also representing the financial concepts and products being sold in a simple, educative manner to outside consumers.

I have worked on many highly confidential, international assignments, with the focus of optimizing IBM’s global business performance and profitability. While working in IBM, I worked on numerous projects, within BPS as well as outside opportunities which I sought out.

The Smith Family sought a model to measure their program efficiency as well as provide output measures and graphical representations for changes in input simulation values. I developed and created a simulation model to achieve this while also inputting a goal measurement tracking for program efficiency and presented this to the CEO of The Smith Family, Lisa O’Brien.

Self-initiated charity influenced by personal exposure to remote China (e.g. Hope Elementary in Changchun). La Viva Charity was created to raise money Hope Elementary students and improve the infrastructure of the school. Achievements include successful contact and received donation from CEO of Ideal Jewellery, registration with the Chinese government, recognition from the Red Cross, newspaper and radio coverage, provision of school supplies, clothes, and play equipment for the children.
