Kathrin Ivanovic

Responsible for leading all fundraising efforts, developing strategic partnerships; developing, managing and implementing all fundraising programs; and identifying and cultivating sponsorship opportunities to advance the Nationalities Service Center’s mission to serve refugees and asylum seekers throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.

Managed company events, including opening reception, monthly internal events, corporate cocktail hours as well as scheduled travel and accommodations for conference attendees and presenters. Managed department budget and billing for all vendors and provided weekly reports to monitor budget activity.

Continuously employed throughout graduate school. Supported attorneys in various practice areas: Litigation, Real Estate, and Bankruptcy in preparing correspondence, pleadings and faxes, maintaining case filing and calendars, filing and maintaining of patent application files for various attorneys, preparing all client and foreign associate correspondence, maintaining Patent Prosecution Dockets and providing extensive support for various litigation teams.

Opening and Maintaining Customer Bank Accounts, Provided Backup for Teller Representatives. Worked part time while performing research for my honors thesis.
