- Personal responsibility for planning and organizing of congresses and meetings at international level - Operational Marketing (booth layout, design, print and e-media activities at the stand, etc.) - Communication and collaboration with independent internal and external partners, such as hotels, restaurants, agencies, congress organizers, etc.

-Interface between distributors / ASM and the European Marketing Team -External communication (distributors, VIP customers) and internally (ASM, Cochlear Team, Customer Service and Product Manager) -Personal responsibility for planning and organizing congresses within the dealer group, annual meetings, workshops and internal meetings at the international level

- Management of the entire customer service with 6 employees - Responsible for order processing, invoicing, quoting and credits - Interface between marketing, distributors, sales representatives and marketing team
