I was responsible for conversing in German with guests on the cloakroom; bar; door and stage positions.

I worked in Melbourne and surrounding areas gaining donations via face-to-face marketing for Breast Cancer, Starlight and the Stroke Foundation. Here I also receive recognition and two awards for outstanding customer service, which resulted in customers staying with the charity on long-term scales.

I taught beginner to advanced English classes to adults and implemented and created extra activities and lesson plans.
