Managed and created content for all digital channels. Increased Facebook likes by around 20,000 new likes with exponential growth in reach and positive engagement with the brand. Social media was used to achieve key goals including foster care recruitment, animal cruelty awareness and increased adoptions. Stories often picked up by traditional media. Implemented MailChimp to achieve improved client management, professional and successful direct marketing campaigns, and powerful analytics.

Created digital solutions to business problems and initiatives. Delivered a SharePoint training program (80-90% of participants either satisfied or very satisfied & 70% able to apply their new skills). Team leader who supported a group of 'super-users' and promoted self-learning. Requests for routine maintenance decreased and time spent on more meaningful projects increased.

Delivered a successful campaign for the 2009/10 Twenty20 Big Bash cricket competition. Our campaign saw unprecedented reach in traditional and digital media locally and internationally in India, Pakistan and the West Indies. Successfully delivered a new website which promoted SACA's brand and provided modern functionality. I managed all content creation for the website and trained an internal web team.
