Invited guest lecturer at the BCA Academy Singapore where I conduct, for the Spl. Diploma, courses in Lean Construction, Virtual Design & Construction and Construction Productivity.

Lean Station provides a lean construction project management software called Lean PlanDo. It is a cloud, browser and mobile-based software provided in Software as a Service (SaaS) model. I am related to several the area of the startup including: Consultancy & Implementation Sales & Marketing Business Development Product Development Project Management

Optimized the organization using decision tables and decision trees, which reduced the cost of operation considerably. Improve communication between all the levels in the company by building a weekly schedule for follow up on projects and accounts designating responsibilities and ownership. Awarded the L5 for the company from BCA, preparing/submitting all the necessary documents, making the company eligible for public projects up to S$13 million.

Develop strategies for the company to get the right price from the right company this action helped it to increase the profit margins do the expected amount and to increase client fidelity with recurring rentals. Lowered the downtime in between rental through the adoption of control tools (preventive/predictive & checklists) for repair, it resulted in less breakdowns while being rented, higher client satisfaction and lower depreciation of the asset.

Investment and management company for foundation works in Singapore. Tasks Started a new stage of the company together with the shareholders, to only manage projects in Singapore, and source them out to sub-contractors, specifically the foundation of structures. Overview the management of projects for the shareholders/directors; bringing the next steps, options and my view of the possible roadblocks and opportunities we could face in the way.

Oversee and manage high value public and privet projects daily operations of the sites Punggol NC1, Punggol NC6, AMK Polyclinic, Woodlands E9, Sembawang N3C7 and more. Introduce management strategies such as 5S and 6sigma in the company. Help in the development and production startup of a new product (CVJ), for Dana; develop a project for cost savings, responsible for the market analysis and a newspaper about the regulation for car industries in Brazil.
