SPEA-K stands for clear communication with personal guidance. Just as “speaking” means “praten” in Dutch, good advice comes with clear explanations. I guide you in purchasing and using digital tools like smartphones, laptops, and desktops, organizing documents, developing workflows, and planning tech strategies. Services include device setup, hosting account management, and software integration with user training for Google Cloud and Microsoft Office 365.

In my role, I provided second-line helpdesk support, after-sales contact, and on-site software deployment with customization and company identity implementation. I trained employees both onsite and remotely, set up training schedules, and conducted company-specific workshops. Additionally, I was involved in R&D, testing new components, and quickly understanding company structures to identify and implement digital solutions and workflows.
