Responsible for SW development of the Ujet electric scooter: - Project management - QA management - Implemented and configured the SW development process (successful ISO 9001 assessment) according to key ASPICE and ISO 26262 practices. - Established effective relationships with partners in terms of requirements and release management. SW for an electric scooter (Fleet management, CAN, GPS, GSM) was successfully delivered to the factory.

Management of Proof of Concept (R&D) projects (Enterprise applications, Telecom, IoT). Planning and reporting, project tracking, release management. Projects finished on time. New approaches were simulated, new SW architecture was implemented, new concepts were demonstrated.

Responsible for all QA activities in the Unified Storage Division at EMC2 Russia Center of Excellence. As manager of the new QA team I did: - Implemented and configured the QA planning, tracking and reporting processes (HP Quality Center). - Developed and implemented an architecture for automatic remote testing (Linux, Perl) of VNXe mid-class storage device. - I got a personal EMC2 Gold Award "In appreciation and recognition of your efforts".

Management of a group of 4 QA engineers. Created and implemented the SW development process combining best CMM practices and the advantages of Scrum technology.

Started as a SW test engineer in the telecom domain and then was promoted to project test lead. iDEN (Integrated Digital Enhanced Network): System level documents reviews, test approach and design creation, test cases creation and execution. Regression testing. Developed an automation test set for remote testing (Unix, Perl, ClearCase) of SW for cellular ground equipment.

HW/SW (Intel 8xC196, Microchip PIC 16Cxx) codesign, embedded SW development, testing. Proficient use of lab tools like oscilloscope, waveform generator, power supply, and other measurement equipment. Successfully developed an automatic water quality analyzer.
