A discontinuous reverse AFP process: Process development and processing guidelines Developing a first of its kind discontinuous reverse AFP process to reclaim thermoplastic UD tape for reuse in aerospace-grade applications, accounting for the discontinuous nature of the tape tracks, making them continuous by adapting a splicing mechanism. Designed and iterated on a retrofittable recycling module for a fiber placement system, moving from concept through to hands-on prototyping and validation.

•Member of the Structures Team for designing and prototyping the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) project “Mission Pulse.” • Worked extensively on the payload holding and release mechanism, which worked flawlessly. • The objective was to autonomously deliver defibrillators to remote areas on time.

• Designed and validated chassis assemblies for multiple telecom products in plastic and sheet metal using SolidWorks, progressing each from concept to production-ready release. • Integrated PCBs and electrical sub-assemblies into mechanical enclosures, ensuring thermal, EMI, and dimensional compliance. • Served as technical point of contact with multiple external vendors and customers, resolving DFM issues and reducing prototype revision cycles. • Maintained full design traceability across product revision

Designing and manufacturing of a portable electric 2 wheeler for short distance commute. This includes producing and implementing designs and test procedures and also liaising with vendors for required parts or services.

Hands-on experience in Patran/Nastran for performing static stress analysis on Nose Landing Gear (NLG) of trainer aircraft and industrial exposure to all the departments located within Aircraft Research and Design Centre (ARDC).
