- Oversaw the project 'Intro Trainee', a project of introducing a trainee program in Trondheim - Contacted potential company partners and scheduled meetings - Held sales meetings and had follow-up conversations with desired companies

I majored in Management Accounting and Control and wrote a thesis regarding the controller role in the public sector which received the highest grade (A). The master program contained a variable set of courses within quantitative and qualitative courses.

Completed a year study in 'Gender equality and diversity' with a focus on diversity within the work place and gender equality within the work place and in ICT.

Achieved a bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration with a specialization in Project Management. Wrote and delivered a bachelor thesis on Project Management withing the construction field.
