+ Advising on transparent governance setups throughout the bank as key liaison and relationship manager. + Implementing a governance framework and maintaining and enforcing governance requirements globally and continuously assess their implementation within the ever-changing regulatory environment. + Providing governance advice on key change initiatives in the bank. + Ensuring proper and transparent documentation of key facts of corporate documentation in the governance IT tools.

I work as an Operations Expert for SEPA. As part of a global virtual team, effective communication, collaboration and intercultural awareness are key. In my interface role for different departments, I always maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders. I take initiative to identify and analyse areas of improvement and to implement changes. I am a motivated team player with a strategic and versatile mind-set who is able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

In my team I supervise a timely and accurate processing of transactions as well as the application of internal and external guidelines and policies by our support teams. In addition to being the trainer for new team members and deliver training to teams worldwide, I realise ad hoc projects in co-operations with teams and managers on- and off-shore. I am proactively seeking new opportunities and solutions to improve and streamline processes to build and maintain a strong client relationship globally.

As part of an international and fast-paced team I am responsible for the timely and accurate processing of transactions using different systems, apply internal and external guidelines. Further, I am supporting other on and off-shore teams and to build a strong relationship.
